RESERVATION PROCESS

 

When you request a reservation through our website, you will receive an email confiming that your reservation request was successfully received. After we confirm that the cabin is available, you will receive an invoice from The Cabins in the Woods.

A non-refundable deposit equal to one night's stay is required upon receipt of invoice to confirm and hold your reservation. Payment in full is required 30 days prior to your check-in date.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations within 30 days of check-in will not be refunded. If a payment greater than the deposit amount is made prior to the 30 day deadline, the amount paid, less the one night's stay deposit, will be refunded. Trip insurance is available if you book your stay through Evolve Vacation Network. Evolve will also require a mandatory fee for a third-party accidental rental damage insurance. PETS 

 

We welcome pets (maximum of 2). Reservations for guests with pets need to be made through the Evolve Vacation Rental Networks's website (see above). Guests will be required to pay an additional cleaning fee of $50.00 per stay and purchase damage insurance.
